1. Consultation Fee
All clients are required to schedule an initial consultation to discuss project needs and service options. A non-refundable fee of $100 is required to secure your consultation. This fee will be credited toward your selected service package if booked within 30 days of your consultation.
2. Payment Terms
Full payment is required before services begin unless otherwise agreed in writing. Payment plans, if available, must be adhered to strictly. Late payments may result in service delays or suspension.
3. No Refund Policy
All payments made are non-refundable. By submitting payment, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and agreed to the details of the services offered.
4. Service Modifications
Modifications to services or deliverables must be requested in writing and may incur additional fees. Any change in project scope after agreement may require a new timeline or revised pricing.
5. Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide all requested content, approvals, and materials in a timely manner. Failure to do so may result in project delays.
6. Intellectual Property
All final deliverables (book files, cover art, media kits, etc.) remain the property of Tehillah Zamar Publishing Partners until full payment is received. Upon payment, intellectual property rights for completed work transfer to the client, unless otherwise specified.
7. Timeline
Estimated timelines will be provided based on service selection and client responsiveness. Tehillah Zamar Publishing Partners is not liable for delays caused by circumstances outside our control, including client inaction or late submissions.
8. Cancellation Policy
If services are canceled after they have begun, no refunds will be issued. Any work completed up to the point of cancellation remains the property of Tehillah Zamar Publishing Partners until full payment is received.
9. Communication
All communications must be via email or our client portal. Consultation calls must be scheduled in advance.
10. Agreement Acknowledgement
By submitting payment or booking a consultation, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
